Which channels does Master Inbox cover?
Email from Gmail or Outlook, plus LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram. You connect your own accounts once, and the same connections work for Outreach and Atlas.
Does it ever send on its own?
No. Master Inbox drafts and you decide. A reply goes out only when you press Send, from your own account.
How does it learn my voice?
From messages you have already sent. It reads how you write, your tone, greetings and length, and drafts that way, refreshed every week. Turn off "Write drafts in my voice" in settings and drafts use a neutral, professional tone.
What's stored, and for how long?
The conversations from the accounts you connect, within the history window you choose: 30, 90 or 180 days. Older conversations are removed with their drafts, you can pause syncing at any time, and one button deletes everything synced.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
Both. With Outlook you can read and reply in existing threads. Starting a new email from Outlook is paused for now, so new emails go from a connected Gmail account.
Which plan includes Master Inbox?
Master Inbox is part of the Platinum plan. Its drafts, rewrites, briefing and search are included, with no credits per use.
