Market opportunity
There are about 610,000 independent restaurants in the US, and most still close their books by hand1. At $190 a month per location, the starting market is $1.4B a year2
See the dilutionbefore you sign
Add your founders, option pool and SAFEs, then model the next round. You see every holder's stake before and after, and closing the round writes its cash into your financial model.
- SAFEs convert at the cap or the discount
- Before and after for every holder
- A closed round adds its cash to your runway
A second readbefore investors give one
The same Doctor that scores decks reviews your plan across 12 categories against a benchmark, including whether the numbers match from chapter to chapter.
- Market rigor, use of funds and runway, internal consistency
- Every finding quotes the line behind it
- Catches numbers that disagree across chapters

Questions
Will the AI make up numbers in my plan?
No. Financial figures are computed from your model. If data is missing, the plan flags it for you to fill instead of inventing a chart.
What stays in sync?
The plan's financial charts and tables follow your model, and a banner shows when they need updating. Rounds you add to the cap table appear as funding in the model, so your runway includes them.
What's in the business plan?
Fifteen chapters, including executive summary, team, market opportunity, pricing and revenue, milestones, competitor analysis and financial overview. You can regenerate any chapter on its own.
Can the model compare scenarios?
Yes. Start from best, base and worst case, adjust revenue, growth, churn and costs, and compare scenarios side by side.
Does the cap table handle SAFEs and notes?
Yes. They convert at the valuation cap or the discount, pre-money or post-money. You can model a round, see the dilution timeline and run an exit waterfall with liquidation preferences.
One set of numbersbehind everything you send.
Build the model, write the plan, run the cap table. They stay in step.
