  • Nothing sends until you press Send

    Replies and investor emails are drafted in your voice, then wait for you. You review, edit and send them yourself.

    Master Inbox sends a reply only when you press Send in the composer. Investor Outreach opens each draft in your own Gmail compose window, so the final click is always yours.

  • Your accounts, your limits

    Sequences send from your own accounts, within daily sending limits that start at the recommended values.

    Connect Email (Gmail, Outlook), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram. Limits count across all your campaigns, and you can change them or reset them to the recommended values at any time.

  • NDA-gated, watermarked data rooms

    Investors sign your NDA before anything opens. Every page shows their email while they read, and every download is stamped with it.

    No document opens until the investor accepts your NDA and types their name. The signed text, name, time and IP are kept in a record that can't be edited. Downloaded PDFs carry the investor's email and the time.

  • Keep only what you choose

    Keep 30, 90 or 180 days of history in Master Inbox, and delete everything synced in one click.

    Choose how much inbox history to bring in. Deleting removes every synced conversation and pauses syncing, from one button in Inbox settings.

  • See every connection

    Sync status shows each connected account, how far its sync has got and what it's waiting on.

    Networks limit how fast an account can be read. When one does, the sync status page names the wait and its reason instead of leaving you guessing.

  • Sourced, never invented

    Investors come from public SEC filings and web research. If we can't find a named partner or a verified email, you pay nothing.

    SEC Form D filings checked daily, and adviser (IAPD) records checked weekly. Pay only when we find a named partner (3 credits) or a verified email (1). Misses are free.

Your accounts

Your inboxes. Your profiles. Your limits.

Outreach sends from the accounts you connect, so every message comes from you and every reply comes back to you.

  • Gmail and Outlook connect through Google's and Microsoft's own sign-in screens. StartWise never sees your email password.
  • LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram sign in inside the app. Your password is used once to sign in and is never stored.
  • Daily sending limits start at the recommended values and count across all your campaigns. Change or reset them at any time.
  • Disconnect any account whenever you like. A chat account takes the contacts it synced with it; your Atlas contacts stay.

Nothing sends until you press Send.

AI drafts the reply and prepares the change. The click that sends or saves it is always yours.

  • Master Inbox drafts each reply in your voice. It goes out only when you press Send in the composer.
  • Investor Outreach opens each draft in your own Gmail compose window, so the final click is yours.
  • The AI Co-Founder previews every change to your plan, model or pipeline and saves nothing until you approve. In Observe it stays off.
  • Your data room's AI can read and report, but it can't change your room. It suggests; you decide.
Data room

Your data room opens on your terms.

Your data room opens inside StartWise with one sign-in. Investors never come through StartWise: they open the private link you send them and pass your rules before they see a page.

Who gets in

  • Send every investor their own private link. Label it, set the rules, copy it.
  • Investors confirm their email with a one-time code before they see a single page.
  • Add a passcode, or limit a link to named people or a fund's email domain.
  • Links expire by default, and you can make the window shorter.
  • Revoke a link and it stops working right away: the next page they open won't load.

What they see

  • Investors sign your NDA before anything opens. You keep a sealed record of exactly what they signed, when and from where.
  • Choose, folder by folder, what each investor group can see or download.
  • Investors read in a secure viewer. Your original file never leaves the room unless you allow downloads.
  • Every page shows the viewer's email and the date.
  • Downloads stay off until you turn them on. Each one is single-use and stamped with the investor's email and the time.

What's on record

  • An append-only audit log records every share, signature, download and permission change.
  • You choose which folders the AI can read. Legal and your cap table are off-limits by default.
  • Every AI read or refusal is logged, and the full log export shows which document.
  • Access rules are enforced inside the database itself.
  • One login: your room opens inside StartWise with no second password, using short-lived one-time tickets.

Data retention

Keep only what you choose. Delete it in one click.

Master Inbox brings in only as much history as you pick, and one button removes everything it synced.

  • Keep 30, 90 or 180 days of history in Master Inbox. Change it whenever you like.
  • "Delete synced content" removes every synced conversation, the people list and your briefings, and pauses syncing.
  • It also clears the writing style Master Inbox learned from you.
  • Close your StartWise account yourself from Settings. Type DELETE to confirm and the account is removed for good.
